French Legation Museum
Built in 1841 when Texas was still a Republic, the charming French Legation is the oldest structure in Austin. Guided tours include the original manor house, the reconstructed French kitchen, the replica carriage house, and the beautifully landscaped grounds. Come to explore the past and see the rich heritage of Texas.
