TEMPO at the Downtown Stroll

Stop by the Old Bakery courtyard during the Downtown Stroll to enjoy outdoor screenings of Annelize Machado’s short film Born and Bread and pick up some public art stocking stuffers!

Illustrating the mission of the Old Bakery and Emporium to celebrate older adults as gifted, contributing members of the community, Born and Bread is a short film by artist Annelize Machado documenting her creative workshops for seniors. The film will be projected on the exterior of the Old Bakery with screenings at 6:15; 6:45, 7:15, 7:45, 8:15, and 8:45 p.m. Machado was commissioned by Austin Art in Public Places as part of the TEMPO 2015 temporary art program.
