Nature Nights at Wildflower Center
The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center has four more free summer Nature Nights that offer hikes, garden fun, explorations and interactive education for families. The Nature Night on July 5 will feature The Power of Plants. Come join Wildflower Center horticulturists to collect and clean native plant seeds and learn to combat invasive species with Commander Ben’s Invasive Hunter Academy. Then join us again July 12 for Birds of Prey. Discover the ins and outs of feather identification, see live raptors in the courtyard, and discern an owl’s diet by scouring through left-behind pellets. Sponsored by H-E-B and KVUE.
