Meditation Workshop Series

Clarity. Empowerment. Well-being: Mindfulness is a tool for rediscovering of the body’s own inner intelligence.  Meditation with Elizabeth Hoisington is a relaxing 4 week program.  Take some time to recharge your day Thursday mornings in April.  Classes begin with a 20-30 minute breather (meditation) followed by discussion about tools for daily use in the world;  the only thing you have to lose is some extra stress! Be present in the moment. Relax in the peaceful setting of the UMLAUF.  Chairs are provided, please bring a cushion or meditation stool if you so desire.  As weather permits, class will be the held outdoors. Otherwise, the class will be held in the Crenshaw Learning Center.

Class times: 10-11 AM
