Clarity. Empowerment. Well-being: Mindfulness is a tool for rediscovering of the body’s own inner intelligence. Meditation with Elizabeth Hoisington is a relaxing 4 week program. Take some time to recharge your day Thursday mornings in June/July. Classes begin with a 20-30 minute breather (meditation) followed by discussion about tools for daily use in the world; the only thing you have to lose is some extra stress! Be present in the moment. Relax in the peaceful setting of the UMLAUF.
