Let’s Rise! AAPI Wellness in Wooldridge Square
**In case of rain join us in the Holt Gallery of the Austin History Center, 810 Guadalupe Street**
Please join the Austin History Center in Wooldridge Square Park for a morning of Asian American mindfulness and conversation in celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month! Come and share in the gentle practices of yoga, tai chi, and meditation by experienced AAPI Austin instructors. A short moderated discussion will follow, allowing attendees to learn more about the historical foundations and evolution of each practice. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat if you have one. No experience is necessary and practitioners of all levels are welcome!
