Friend or Foe Insect Walk

Would you like to learn how to identify insects, hone your observational skills, or discover more about the complex web of life? If yes, join the Wildflower Center’s volunteer entomologist on a guided exploration to find and identify insects, spiders, scorpions, and more. Learn the benefits and damages these critters can bring to a garden. Bring a camera and learn tricks to take up close photographs of the animals. Visit the Wildflower Center’s Fauna Project to see photos of insects found on previous explorations since the project began in March 2010. Sunday, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Ages: 16 and older.
