Family Yoga in the Family Garden

Family Yoga in the Garden –

Yoga for all ages!  Family yoga classes are one hour weekly sessions that are filled with songs, games and stories with yoga postures throughout.  In this 6 week series Liz incorporates different lessons into her stories, such as helpfulness, kindness, generosity & friendship using animals and nature to inspire imagination and play with parents and their children.  Group, individual and partner poses (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and guided meditations and relaxations encourage families to connect to their own spirit and with each other in a beautiful natural setting.  This is an amazing opportunity for parents and children to unite and to let love abound together while practicing yoga!  Sign up for 1 or more sessions.
