Elisabet Ney Museum
Enjoy portraits of major European and Texas figures including Arthur Schopenhauer, King Ludwig II of Bavaria, Texas Governors Oran Roberts and Joseph Sayers rendered from life by European portrait sculptor Elisabet Ney (1833-1907). The collection is displayed in the artist’s former Texas studio that is, today, the Elisabet Ney Museum, a National Historic Landmark and a National Trust Associate Site.
