Texas Archive of the Moving Image

The Texas Archive of the Moving Image is working to discover, preserve, provide acces, and serve community interest in Texas’ moving image heritage.   Over 1500 moving images relating to the history and culture of the state of Texas can be viewed on the TAMI Video Library.   The organization has no physical exhibit space, but often hosts screenings and events in the Austin area and across Texas.

TAMI is also home to the Texas Film Round-Up, a traveling program providing for the free digitization of Texas-related films and video, and Teach Texas, a collection of educator resources for using Texas films in the classroom.
